What we collect • Account: name, email, company, account type, login details. Google sign-in shares your name and email. • Reviews: rating, comments, project details, and any note to us or to the provider. • Listings: provider details, including the contact email you choose to publish. • Activity: saved providers, votes, requests for help finding a provider, flagged concerns, feedback. • Usage: pages visited and session activity, recorded by our hosting platform. Your login is kept in your browser's local storage. • Agreement records: when you accepted our terms, with your IP address and browser. How we use it • To run your account and the site. • To check reviews and listings before they go live. • To email you about your account, submissions and reviews. • To find providers for you, when you ask. We don't sell your information or use advertising trackers. It isn't used to train AI models, by us or by Base44. Who sees what • Members (logged in): approved reviews and listings, with the name and company you choose to show. • Anonymous reviews: your name and company are hidden from everyone, including the provider. Our team can see who you are, to verify the review. • Listing contact emails are visible to members. Use a work address. • Notes to us and messages to providers are never published. Only our team sees them. • Our team: everything, to run and moderate the site. • Base44: hosts our app, database and email. Its AI drafts provider listings from a provider's public website. Reviews are not sent to AI. • Authorities: only if the law requires it. How long we keep it • Account and content: until you close your account or ask us to delete it. We delete within 30 days. • Rejected reviews: deleted when rejected. • Requests, flags and feedback: up to 2 years. • Agreement records: 4 years after your account closes, as evidence of what you agreed to. • Backups expire on Base44's schedule. Your choices • To see, correct, export or delete your data, email admin@biosourcee.com. We reply within 30 days. • You can edit your reviews. Edited reviews are checked again before going live. Security Access is limited by account role. No system is perfectly secure. Report problems to admin@biosourcee.com. Changes We'll post updates here and email members about material changes.
